Reach Out
Head over to the Booking Questionnaire and share a bit about yourself and your vision for the event— this helps P+S get started! Please allow 24–72 hours for a response. Response times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Custom Quote
Once you’ve completed the Booking Questionnaire, we’ll send you a proposed quote based on the details provided. If needed, we may request a brief phone consultation to go over specifics or answer any questions to ensure accurate pricing.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. -
BOOK
After we send your final invoice, a 50% retainer fee and a signed contract are required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the event.
Please note: your event is not considered confirmed until both the retainer and signed contract have been received. -
Consultation
Leading up to your event we will reach back out to schedule a phone consultation. If you have chosen a package with Signature Cocktails we will go over your preferences and start curating a Bar Menu to fit your vision and the needs of your event. Two weeks prior to the event, we will have our final consultation, finalize the guest count and provide you with a detailed alcohol shopping list.

P.S. Here's some more info
P+S operates as a “dry bar” service and, due to state laws, is unable to provide alcohol for events. The client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages. To assist with this, we will provide a detailed and customized alcohol shopping list designed to meet the specific needs and budget of your event.

Alcohol Pick Up
We understand planning a party can feel like a full time job so let us take some weight off your shoulders. We can provide alcohol pick up at a local provider and delivery for an additional fee - all you have to do is purchase the alcohol and let them know we will be picking up for you.

Event Day
On the day of your event, we will arrive at the agreed-upon setup time, typically 1 to 2 hours before the event begins. It is essential that all alcohol is on-site and available upon our arrival to avoid any delays. After the event, we will handle all cleanup of our equipment, and any leftover alcohol will be carefully packed and returned to the client.

Can P+S Operate as a "cash bar"?
Due to Georgia state laws, we are unable to carry a mobile liquor license. This means we are unable to travel between events and sell alcohol.
To legally sell alcohol, you'll need to file for a special event permit through the Georgia Department of Revenue. This application must be submitted at least 30 days in advance, so please plan accordingly to ensure everything is in place ahead of your event.
Keep in mind that each city or county may have different requirements, so it's important to consult with your local permitting office for specific guidelines.
While Pour + Savor can provide an initial consultation, we advise our clients to contact local permitting specialists who are better equipped to assist with detailed licensing questions.
